Day of Coordinating: $750 

Five (5) in-person/virtual meetings

  • vendor recommendations
  • extensive day-of timeline (60 days prior)
  • venue walkthrough (one month prior) with caterer and venue coordinator
  • seating chart assistance
  • set up & break down support
  • rehearsal (day before) *if local
  • up to 10 hours of day-of coordination with assistant

Receive a 10% Discount If Using Both Services.

If located within an hour outside of Colorado Springs’ city limits, a $75 travel fee will be incurred

Full Service Package: Starting at $2500

  • Minimum of six (6) remote or in-person meetings (up to 90 minutes)
  • weekly check-in’s during planning process
  • Unlimited meetings- emails, calls, texting
  • budget sheet & bridal checklist
  • finding the perfect venue and ideal date
  • vendor selection assistance- contacting, interviewing & advisement.
  • custom vendor recommendations
  • tastings, design meetings, venue tours and more
  • invitation & wedding website building and advice
  • assistance with hotel accommodations/transportation
  • design assistance, planning & follow-through.
  • extensive day-of timeline (60 days prior)

  • Personal Item/DIY charting & meeting
